Moon Reader - EPUB Media Overlays?

Does anyone know how to get EPUB files with Media Overlays working in Moon Reader?

I really want to be be able to seamlessly switch between narrated audio and reading the text myself, but I can't figure it out. It's entirely possible that Moon doesn't support Media Overlays either.

Any ideas?

Few do (support EPUB3 media overlays). I′d probably go for Thorium Reader on the desktop, or Menestrello on smartphones.
