Auto Multi-Convert

What it does
• Automatically converts each import to the formats you list (default: EPUB, KFX).
• Can delete the original file if it isn’t one of those formats.

By default, all conversions finish before the **Adding books…** window closes — you know it’s done when the window disappears. You can change this in the plugin configuration by selecting the "process silently" option. In neither case will the conversions appear in the job queue.

Install
1. Download the ZIP.
2. calibre → Preferences → Plugins → Load plugin from file… → pick the ZIP.
3. Restart calibre.

Set it up (once)
Preferences → Plugins → User plugins → Auto Multi-Convert → Customize

• Target formats: Your desired output formats. Separate each format with a comma.
• Delete original: Auto delete the original file if the format does not match an output format
• Process silently: Hide the "Adding books" dialog while the conversions process. The conversions will take place silently in the background. The conversions WILL NOT appear in the job queue.

Use it
Just add books.

• With "Process silently" off (default) the Add-Books progress stays until conversions finish.
• With it on, the window closes immediately; conversions run in the background.
Either way, your new book ends up with all target formats, and the original is removed if you asked for that.

It is a File type plugin, I'll change the Thread title.



IMO - it needs an Input file type list, one might not want to auto-convert all file types - e.g. I might want to convert DOCX, but not CBZs or PDFs.
