Calibre Wont Open

Hi,
I am not very tech savvy, and my Calibre wont open. I followed the instructions on Reddit. Please see attachment for details. I would appreciate any help please.

Uninstall, delete C:\\Program Files\\Calibre2
(or wherever you chose to install calibre). Then re-install. And
dont worry, uninstalling will not affect your books/settings/plugins.

Hi,

After reinstalling Calibre it opened and then my computer updated and now I am receiving this error. Any suggestions please?

That indicates a corrupted install. Since you say you just installed, it means something on your computer is interfering with calibre. Typical culprits are anti virus like programs.
