How to edit list of libraries at bottom of Choose Library button?

I am not asking about organising the Quick Switch pop out menu, I'm asking about the five libraries in the list at the bottom of the Choose Library drop down menu, as in the attached image. One of the earliest libraries I made I seldom use but it's always on that list because, I assume, they are listed in order of number of items in the libraries. Is there a way to change the order or exclude libraries from appearing?

Its the 5 most opened libraries. Open some other ones and the list will be updated.

If you Remove a library and then add it back via Switch/create its usage count will be reset which means it won't appear in the list.
