4.129 crashes upon opening

Downloaded newest version. Installed it with seemingly no errors. Upon launching, program crashes.

Uninstalled program. Renamed existing metadata file to metadata.old.

Reinstalled program. Still crashes.

Redownloaded and it still crashes. It will stay open for about 3 seconds before crashing.

I see by the tickets, that it crashes only when the Reader is attached and this will be fixed in the next version.

There was a bug in the windows build. Re download it and you should be fine.

Hi!

Firs tlet me thank you four your great application. I just downloaded the latest release as well on my Mac, and it crashes there as well.

The error message is: "No module named image"

I've downloaded it three times, tried opening both with and without my PRS-505 attached, and still get the 'No module named image' error. using powermac G5 os X 10.4.11. Please help!
