The time is wrong
I noticed today that the time displayed for the zone GMT + 2 is wrong - it's an hour more than it should be, even with DST turned off (instead of automatic). For example, it's showing 4:21 at the moment, when it's actually 3:21.
Can this be fixed? |

Same with me. I noticed it earlier, but was going to wait for a pc reboot before I reported it.
My time is 1 hour ahead. @PeterT What "time changes" are you referring to? |

Yes, and it's a stupid WWI UK/German invention. It needs to stop, but it can't in EU till UK agrees, because of the British border on the Island of Ireland.
In theory there is EU agreement to scrap it. Irish Standard Time oddly is GMT+1, but during the winter we have IST-1, so it always seems like Ireland & UK are the same zone. Look where Spain and Portugal are vs UK & Ireland. Then Iceland doesn't bother with Summer Time as they are too far north and the day changes far more. Countries closer to Tropics don't either, because the day doesn't change much. |

I love DST. I wish we had it all the year.

The US used to do the same but around 15 years ago extended DST by 1 month, so now there is desync between when the US and Europe start and end DST. The forum software probably has some buggy code to try to handle the DST switching.
