Hello! Could you please help me to remove this thing from the screen
I can’t even understand what is this

The splotch is damage to the screen, likely due to an impact of something bumping it or being dropped on it. When you do get it powered up be aware that it could have a shattered glass TFT layer underneath the eink that would spell the end of the screen. If when it power on it has a spiderweb of areas that do vs don't change or change in weird ways then it's a shattered screen symptom.

I didn’t mean the battery indicator, I meant the bug near the battery indicator that looks like a flower. The screen wasn’t damaged, it just appeared from nowhere

The screen can be damaged on the inside layers, even if the top layer is intact without visible scratches. Have you ever pressed a regular LCD screen like a laptop or tv and seen it make rainbows or light/color bursts about your finger? Imagine that but just enough to damage the fragile internal layers. It might not damage the top layer at all.

Yes. It looks like a point impact that hasn't damaged the surface. It's possible.

Also some older ereaders had the battery cell against the rear of the screen and when it expanded with age the rear substrate would crack.
