Font Questions?

I just bought PRS-700 today and I have some questions about it.

#1.
I want to import some pdf doc into my ebook but the pdf doc's titles are either Japanese & Chinese. After I imported them to ebook I noticed the titles are changed to "untitled". Is there a way to let the ebook's title read Japanese and Chinese?

#2.
I was reading the pdf doc that I just imported to my ebook but the font is too small and it seems the font size cannot become large since it's a pdf file. Is there anyway that I could enlarge the pdf's font size or is there an alternative way?

#2 Change Orentation, i the Size menu, use Zoom.

Why not edit the properties before you import the pdf into the Ebook Library software?

Right-click the file icon, select "properties", then click on the "summary" tab and you can add an author and title. I don't know whether Japanese or Chinese characters will work, but you could transliterate.
