Boox Max3 frozen

Hello
I have the Boox Max 3
I haven't used it for some months. I charge it, but when I try to open it, it doesn't open even though the battery is charged at 90%.
I try to keep the button presed for several times, but id doesn't do anything. I try the same when it is charging but get no response. Only the charging is changing.
Any advise pls

I don't know anything about the Max3. Is that Rockchip or Qualcomm?

Do you only get the battery screen?

It might have corrupted itself when the battery ran out in the drawer.

There's only a few ways forward then. Either disconnect the battery and reconnect. Maybe with buttons pressed. I don't know about Rockchip low level loaders. If it were Qualcomm, you could use EDL to force it to recovery and do factory reset or sideload an update.
