DeACSM says "not installed"... but it is?

I installed and set up DeACSM some time ago, and it was working fine until the other day (I think it broke when I updated to 7.23?).

It isn't listed in my installed plugins anymore, but when I try to install it from the "get new plugins" menu, I get this error:

Is it safe to just delete the DeACSM folder from Roaming\calibre\plugins and try to reinstall again, or should I do something else?
