Calibre error every time I export. "Higher than the maximum supported version"

Hi there,
I have tried to export my library 11 times, on 3 different SSD drives, an SD card twice and a HDD. Not a single time worked and keeps coming up with the same error.

The calibre library works fine on one computer and won't transfer.

Both the exporting and importing install are both current up-to date software versions.

Please help!

That error means the version of calibre you are importing on is older than the one you are exporting from. Or the exported data is corrupted. If you cant get it to work you can always transfer manually as described in: https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq...ter-to-another

Hey Kovid, love your app.

In this situation, both Calibre versions are the same. Updated at the same time.
And I'm not sure how the database files could get corrupted every time?

I have tried it the manual way by saving and uploading all files, but this also brought an error where it uploaded all book files as <0.1MB and a with a full stop before the title, eg. .War & Peace.

I have found a way to get it going from the manual file saving approach, but a bit nervous there may be some files not working or corrupted.

Any help would be great.

I'm using Sequoia 15.1 Mac
