Greetings and salutations!

I've had my Sony 505 for about 9 months and love it. My wife received her red reader for xmas and is very excited. I've been collecting books and am trying to figure out conversions and organization. Command Line Prompts scare the hell out of me, I'm strictly a Gui guy. I'm thrilled that I found this group.

Yes, here at Command Lines Anonymous we pride on gently easing you out of your fear. Our 12 step program will have you up and running command line programs before you know it. At CLA we take a slow approach rather than the drug assisted approach or the cold turkey approach that some other methods apply. CLA feels that the best way to get over your fear is to be eased into it, increasing your exposure a bit at a time each day.

Before you know it, you will wonder how you ever managed without having the command window open all day long. You will start using more keyboard shortcuts eschewing your pointing device and most people, in addition to conquering their fear of command lines, also loose their adiction to mice.

Once you deposit your first daily payment of 9.99 into our paypal account we will begin your program. You will be assigned a personal CLA coach and also be given a list of CLA brethren so you can choose a sponser.

Oh, and welcome to the forum!
