I recently made a simple plugin to help manage the papers I read. I wanted to share in hopes that someone else will find it useful.

Main features:

• Download papers from calibre
• Open abstract in calibre

To be implemented:

• Search by categories
• Arxiv specific epub converter

More details:

• You can view the source code here.

Issues:

• Only downloads in PDF
• Not tested on other devices
• Not tested for backward compatability
• Authors not showing in search

Feedback:
As it's just a personal project that I put together in a day, it's not perfect and may not have features that everyone is looking for. I am welcome to all feedback and contributors. I am also seeking advice and criticism from the experienced plugin developers here.
