Is there a russian phonetic keyboard for Koreader- anyone?
I could find the standard cyrillic (the classic typewriter layout) but I am trying to find the phonetical one. I would appreciate if someone could point me into the right direction. Does it even exist?

Take a look in
frontend/ui/data/keyboardlayouts/ru_keyboard.lua

It should be possible to rearrange the lines there and end up with something suitable for you.
