Der Kriminalroman "Die Baronin" (1873, 2 Bde, 168 & 171 Seiten) von Eugen Hermann von Dedenroth ist, anders als "Der Händler von Nachod" von demselben Autor, ganz überwiegend ein ›Vernehmungs-Krimi‹.

Die Baronin als Hauptfigur erblickte ich in einem Porträt der britischen Opernsängerin Maggie Teyte (eigentlich Margaret Tate), das 1907 John Lavery gemalt hat.
