How do I get inpage footnotes from footnotes that span multiple paragraphs?

On this book I'm only able to get inpage footnotes from the first paragraph of the footnote.

It's a little unclear to me what you mean since I only see single paragraphs in the screenshot each their individual footnote? But if multiple paragraphs are part of the same footnote you might have to wrap them in a DIV element for example, the DIV having the relevant class and id.
