Bonjour, こんにちは, and hello!
Greetings to you all.
I'm a long time kindle user - had my first one back around 2007 or 2008... still have that one too. I currently use a 2016 paperwhite (the second one as I busted the first one), my wife has one from around then as well, and today, my ten year old graduated from my old first generation to a new paperwhite. We live just outside of Geneva, but have lived in places as far flung as Tokyo, Hiroshima, NYC, Maui, Jakarta, London, Dublin, and on and on. While we love books, this much travel makes e-Readers a must. I'm an old retired teacher, my wife's a diplomat, and the kid is a kid... ten years old and in fourth grade (called sixth here though). All of us read English, Japanese, and French - but use US amazon mainly. Cheers! |
