Newbie question: kindle original file browser + KOreader?

Hello there! I have just jailbroken my Kindle 4 and installed Koreader. I know a lot of features are not supported, but I'm still figuring stuff out and evaluating it.

I am used to the original Kindle file/book browser with my collections and the last book opened on top. I could not (yet) replicate that when using KOreader.

1. Is it possible to have the same behaviour in KOreader (same collections, last opened book on top)?

2. If not, can I use the original file/book browser but have it open the book in KOreader?

Collections - no, just put your books in subfolders. They will be shown in KOReader File Manager (it is a good file manager).

KOReader has History and Favorites - everything you need to track your open books.

To open books from Kindle menu in KOReader - forget about it. There was a patch to do that, but it is not working for many years now.
