Spell checker skips first entry after "Change selected word to"

From version 6.12, the spellchecker is skipping the leading entry in the spellchecker list after you use the "Change selected word to" button.

1. Open an epub in Calibre
2. Open the spell-checker
3. Type a different word (any one will do) in the "Change selected word to" field, then press the "Change selected word to" button.

EXSPECTED RESULT: The initial word in the remaining list should be highlighted.
ACTUAL RESULT: The second word is highlighted instead.
