EPUB thumbnails in macOS Ventura/iOS
Hello,
Is there any specific requirements in order to make EPUB thumbnails (corresponding to the book cover) visible in macOS? I came across an image I want to use as a cover, I add it in Sigil; normally when I add an image as a cover in sigil, it is immediately displayed as a thumbnail in Finder, however this specific image refuses to become epub thumbnails. The book cover is displayed correctly in Apple Books, but some independent readers (MapleRead is one of them) won't display such covers. |

I found an answer by myself:
An image file that is to be used as a cover must not have a space in its name. |
