Adding books to Calibre

Hi, new to this forum so sorry if this has been asked before. I have an extremely large library in Bookfunnel and would like to upload them to Calibre, the only way I can see to do it is to go into the Bookfunnel library and upload one book at a time, does anyone know if I can get Calibre to do them all at once please? In plain English please as I'm not very tech minded (too old) Thanks

You need to download them all to your PC first.

I'd do that and cancel subscription.

Thanks but I can't see how to do all the books at once, downloading them to my laptop will take the same time as downloading them directly to Calibre if I have to do them one at a time.

??? It is a File Download, so why would Calibre that does backend processing be FASTER?
Over all, it might be quicker (download then Add to Calibre), but not much.

Set up a dedicated folder to download to (if it does not exist) with no other contents. Download the books.
Now you can use almost any of the (bulk) Add methods that Calibre offers.
The Auto-Add folder method cleans the downloaded COPY, but the down side is you get 1 shot, if you are not happy (or the metadata is so foo that it stomps another book), you have to download that again. Do the work in an 'Intake Library' first.
