How to reset the Koreader settings [Kindle]

Somehow (by transferring files?) I broke my KOReader on Amazon Kindle Paperwhite PW5. All I want now is reset all settings to default (factory reset?). For now, my KOReader doesn't want to start at all, so I can't change any settings. All I can see is storage, but when i click somewhere — KOReader just shut down.

Please, help me to reset my KOreader to default settings (maybe I need to delete some cache files in KO folder? specific settings file?)

Have you already tried just reinstalling the latest version on top of it? It shouldn't make things any worse (and won't affect any settings), and it might just fix it without you losing your settings in the process .

If you *do* want to start from scratch, assuming you don't actually want to backup anything first, you can just remove the koreader folder and then reinstall it.
Document-specific settings are stored alongside the documents in the sidecar directories, so the only thing you'd lose are global settings (and most of it is from settings.reader.lua and the settings folder).

Oh is that so simple! Did it just now and it's solve my problem.
But I still did not understand why this error occurred in the first place. I will try not to move any books or folders in the future.

P.S. By the way, wanted to say thanks to developer of KOreader for supporting Ukrainian language. Kindle still don't have any UA not in interface nor in keyboard. Big thanks!
