Unable to set new hotkeys for jumping to the beginning/end

Hi! I tried to set new hotkeys ("Shift+ArrowRight/ArrowLeft") instead of my current hotkeys ("Ctrl+End/Home"), but they just don't work. I'm able to use my current hotkeys, I was even able to set the "Ctrl+ArrowRight" key for going to the end, but not the one I want. What might be the problem? Is this hotkey already in use? I can't see if it does anything.

those are likely used by the underlying browser engine for something.
