is there a way to change default font for epubs?

hi guys.

my daily viewer is SumatraPDF and I just removed all fonts from fonts folder after unzipping epub file.

this is solely for reducing file size. unlike european fonts, some asian fonts are relatively large in size with thousands of characters in it.

but the default font that the viewer renders are not so aesthetic that I want to change it to something else, without embedding fonts for every epub files I have.

SumatraPDF no longer suppports fontname parameter in advanced settings.

any html or css tags I can use to style css file, or 3rd party program that can be set to change fonts in specific program, while leaving system font intact?
