Only if the CSS is predictable. Which in a majority of the cases I've seen, it is not.

Yeah you could at best complete css property names, values are mostly free form. the editor completes filenames but not html tags/attributes or css properties. I would find the completion for those too distracting as they are mostly short well known words.
