Pen and Tablet input for Scrolling?

Hey there, was wondering if there was currently a way to utilize a pen / tablet input in order to scroll up and down the main library interface in Calibre. This would be an awesome feature if not cause I have many studies and docs synced to cloud storage with it, and it would be a much easier way to navigate it for me. Basically the implementation of an option to scroll on click and drag would solve this issue, I've already disabled "Drag and drop to merge" so the two settings won't conflict. Is there a plugin for this?

I can normally find these things questions out easily, but nope, not this time. Personally Calibre has been the best program for sorting my studies. This would be a huge quality of life improvement.

You can scroll using a finger by simply flicking the screen over the book list.

It's seems I'm unable to do this either? Maybe I'm not at the book list, but I'm at the main library View? I'm using a Pen / Tablet input, not touch though.

It works with touch. With a pen, you would peed to tap on the scrollbar.
