Calibre to Kindle (USB) Paperwhite Device not found
Using Win7, Calibre 3.48 (as instructed by website).
New 2022 Paperwhite 11th gen. Kindle device is visible in Windows Explorer and I can traverse the directories on the device. Calibre can not see the device (it can see an older 2019 Kindle just fine.) Ran the Calibre Debug Device Detection algorithm, here is the output: Spoiler:
It looks like it sees the MTP device but does not recognize it. "No suitable MTP devices found" Any advice? I have rebooted all systems and devices and used the supplied Amazon USB cable. |

You need to update Calibre. If a newer Calibre version doesn't work on your computer, you'll be out of luck, unfortunately. The support for the latest Paperwhite was added in version 5.31.1.
