No progress Sync in menu?

The attached screenshots show the relevant menu page in my Libra and my Sage. The Progress Sync plugin is checked on both devices. Why can't I see it in the menu on my Libra?

Maybe because in Libra you are in the File Manager? and Progress Sync needs an opened book?
