No icons in KOreader UI.
All menu icons displays checkered square.

I installed nickelmenu.
I think i disabled indexing of sustem folders.
I unzipped Plato + KoReader zip into kobo Forma folder.

Plato does not run at all. Koreader starts, and seems to be working, but all the menu interface has no icons.
What could be the reason?

Deleted koreader folder, and uploaded newer release.

I've got the same problem but I don't know how to fix it. How exactly did you fix it? You say you deleted koreader folder, but which one is that? I'm not sure how to resolve without going through the whole installation process again.
