Incorrect Formating

I've been reading a book recently and the formatting does not look right in koreader, some examples: https://imgur.com/a/v0VzNfx. When I go to style and check "Ignore Publisher Font Size this seems to fix the issue, but then all the text in the book is the same size even titles and such. Does anyone know if this is a bug? Or possibly know a fix for it?

Are you sure this is a KOReader problem? I've seen eBooks with funky font sizes specific in CSS. Cleaning up the CSS is the solution in those cases.
