Feature request: some indication of highlighter color for black and white devices

Hullo,

The title might sound pointless, but, sometimes one might want to edit on an ereader and then view those edits on a color device.

I have just started using the calibre server to highlight books on my ereader which is great. The issue I have is that I like to color code different bits of information for when I go back to the book on my computer, but the ereader is black and white and I keep messing it up.

I was wondering if it would be possible to have the option of some indicator of the highlighting color in the pop up when on black and white devices. I.e. a little y in the centre of the yellow box, b in the blue etcetera.

I suggest using different underline and overline styles. There are four line styles and two positions (underline/overline) giving you a total of either distinct styles.

And you can see color names by hovering a mouse over them but of course this is useless on touch based devices.
