Remove hyperlinks from ebook
I'm currently reading an ebook, azw3 format, that has a ton of hyperlinked text. The links don't take you anywhere: when I click on them, they just take me to the book's cover page. It would be great if I could get rid of them, as they're very distracting.

In the conversion dialog under look & feel use the transform html tab to create a rule to rename a tags to span tags.
