Problem Upgrading to latest version 0.4.119

I just tried to install the new 0.4.119; I currently have the .117. I have an XP. I successfully downloaded the program but during the installation process, I received this error message:

Now the "Please wait while Setup installs calibre on your computer" pop up window is stuck on the "Cleaning up install . . . " step. The first time this happened I canceled the installation. Of course I went to try and use the program to move a new book to my Sony OR to save newly converted file to disk, both steps failed with errors. Clearly I should have saved the new version into a different folder while I installed it, but I did not. What can I do to fix this now? I'm really illiterate when it comes to programming stuff, so I'd appreciate step by step instructions. Thanks!

reboot. redownload installer. re-install. you should be fine.
