Which models of kindle have VoiceView
I am looking to buy a Kindle paperwhite 10th generation. Does it come with VoiceView.

Yes, it does.

VoiceView is on 7th generation Kindles (PW3, Voyage) and later. You might need to download the audio files (factory reset removes them for example).
