PW4 Kindle Collections will not appear on Kindle after switching to new computer

Specs:
Kindle Paperwhite (10th Generation) - PW4
Firmware: 5.10.1.3 (in airplane mode)
Jailbroken (back in 2020)
Mobileread Kindlet Kit installed (in 2020)
KUAL installed (in 2020)
Python installed (in 2020)

Summary:
From my new computer, the Kindle Collections that I am creating onto my Kindle (Jailbroken and previously working with old computer) will not appear. Collections remains greyed out

Detailed Situation:
Kindle collections have been running smoothly on my PC version on Calibre 4.23.0. I recently got a new computer, a Mac, where I downloaded the Mac version of Calibre 4.23.0 and imported my library and all settings from the PC export.

When Creating Kindle Collections from the new computer, I am getting the confirmation that 493 collections were correctly created (screenshot 1). Viewing a report of Kindle Collections also accurately shows all collections (screenshot 2).

When I eject the Kindle and run Librarian Sync to update or rebuild collections from calibre plug in (I have tried both). The commands complete, but when I try to sort by Collections, the Collections option is still greyed out. I have restarted the kindle and tried again with the same results.

I have not changed or updated any of the installations on my kindle itself.

This has been driving me crazy! It doesn't look like there are any updates to the MKK, Python, or KUAL packages since I last installed it.

If anyone can please help I would be so so grateful.
