Integer Formatting
What do I put in Integer column format string to get it right aligned with a trailing space(s) to create a gap between it and the adjacent column that is left aligned?
Tried various things without success.  On Windows: In most (all ?) cases pressing Ctrl+Enter will 'click' the OK button in calibre dialogue boxes. I keep forgetting this, thought if I wrote it down I might remember it  BR |

 I had a transparent png, so I've attached that to the Tags column if it's set (it's to right of the integer). I use the transparent icon in composed icons to get spatial alignment. And I should have thought of using an icon on the adjacent column - it's only been irritating me for a decade or more
