Debug on restart

Today I had need to provide some Calibre debug information.
I was told to set 'Debug On Restart' from the Preferences tag
I couldn't find this but found I could use Ctrl_shift-R which worked.

Where in Preferences is the option or am I going mad/blind ?

If you right click on the Preferences icon that gives a menu which contains the restart in debug mode option.
