I've created an app for managing dictionaries on the NST/G (US ROM version only) and co-released some demonstration translation dictionaries.

For rooted devices.

I have finally located some Wiktionary single-language data from which to generate dictionaries. I've added these to the original posting at XDA, but the link has changed from what is given above.

New Dictionaries

Included are French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
