Storage on Linux
Hi, I'm annoyingly squeezed for space on my 16GB SSD that I'm running Linux Mint (20.3 Cinnamon) from. I've just noticed that one of the things taking up a surprising amount of space is Calibre, with a 369.3MB folder under /opt.
Is this avoidable? Thanks! |

You need to have some place for Calibre's executables and libraries and stuff.
You could run Calibre off of a thumbdrive to get these off your your SSD. https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=333990 You can get a 240Gb SSD for only a little more than a thumbdrive.
