GoldenDict crashing loading morphology index

I've been using goldendict for a long time now, but have encountered a problem with it crashing while trying to load some index file for morphology. I have several hunspell dictionaries (complete folder structures) in the GoldenDict directory on my Android devices.

Every time I open the app for the first time I need to press skip on the indexing screen. Each subsequent use works fine, but whenever goldendict has gone unused for a while the screen returns. It's getting rather annoying.

I guess I could delete all dictionaries and re-insert them one by one, but I have quite a few, so the process would be tedious.

Is there any good way to find out which file is causing the problem?
