Kobo aura h20 frozen screen or is hanging

Does someone know where to have it checked?

Tried pressing the power button for 20 seconds
Tried pressing button near charging port to restart for 20 seconds
Tried pressing both for 20seconds
Nothing helps
Also contacted kobo and they said there is nothing else to do since they dont have a repair center

Just trying to ask here for any leads..

Plug it in for awhile leave it overnight at least. Doesn’t matter when you last charged it.

As @MGlitch said, the first thing to do is charge it. If there are any problems, you cannot assume the battery is still charged.

After that, what happens when you try to turn it on? Does the power LED do anything? Does the screen do anything? Does the front light come on?

And for the record, the reset button near the USB port does not do anything unless the device is actually running. It doesn't do anything when the device is powered off. It might do something when combined with the power button, but, I don't remember if that is the case for the Aura H2O.

In my experience (with a different Kobo) you need to hold the power button for as many as 45 seconds, and you may have to do it twice.

However, there are many things that might have frozen your device. Mine used to happen when I was in the middle of reading. I wouldn't notice until I pressed the page forward button.
