Error while converting to PDF from EPUB

I was trying to convert a book on LaTeX from epub to pdf. But every time I tried, I got an error at the last moment (after the completion of 99% conversion). I tried converting to LTI and that worked fine. How may I get rid off this error? The error log is provided below:

You should convert from latex directly to pdf using pdflatex not calibre. But if you do want to use calibre use the 64 bit version to get rid of the out of memory error. Though looking at the log you are going to have other issues because of some of the fonts used.

The book was not generated using LaTeX, rather the topic of the book was 'LaTeX'.

I don't know how to check it, but I think I installed the 64-bit version.

That is the 32 bit version. Notice the [64 bit] is not there.
Just uninstall Calibre. then install the 64 bit version. It will find your settings and libraries. That simple.
With only 1 version installed, it will always check for the 64 bit update.

Is the portable version 32 bit only? I just checked my portable install and it appears to be 32 bit, the [64 bit] was not there. When I went to the portable download page it didn't offer a choice of 32 bit or 64.

Correct; portable is 32 bit. Some people have reported success building their own 64 bit portable. Try a forum search.
