Batch conversions from ./pdf to ./epub within a folder

Hello everyone:

i'm using Callibre to conver tech books.

I had organize them by topics (coding, dev app manuals, etc etc)

In each folder i have, as example, ./manuals/pdf and /epub

Whenever i add the books to Callibre, by default, asks me to a create a library into a folder and each book has it's own subfolder. Is it feasible on callibre to load all the books at once from, ./manuals/pdf and get them in epub form at ./manuals/epub ?

Not within the GUI library manager, see Want to change folder structure or file names in the Calibre library?

The structure of the Library is immaterial to the user:
You TAG books with useful tags for your usage. eg Manual, User Guide, Quick start, Steam Turbine, Popcorn maker
Then you use the tag browser to build a Query: Select the first criteria: Then hold down CTRL and select each aditional criteria.
This way there is zero need to even know where Calibre has the books.
Send To Device has the provision (right click menu) to override the devices (driver) setting and sen a specif format
