Question Search Question
Is there a way to use negative tags in searching a library?
Like:
Tag:Chain -brass -aluminum -card -saw

As in searching for results with tags that say "chain", but not tags that have both "chain" and "brass" or "chain" and "aluminum" or "chain" and "saw".

Is that doable?

For stories, I really want to be able to ask Not Songfic, Not Poetry, Not Video, Not Podfic

Thank you for any help. Everyone here seems like gurus to me!

The first example in the documentation that Kovid pointed you toward has an example of what you want.

For your example, assuming you want to apply all the conditions you would enter

not title:"=Podfic" and not publisher:"=fanfiction.net" and not tag:"=CACW"
