suggestion: add "apply" or "save" functionality in edit toc

many a time, editing toc would cause the toc editor to crash, resulting in a loss of many editing.
if there's a "save" or "apply" button in the editor, the situation would be a lot better.

If that dialog is crashing, it will be because of Qt WebEngine issues, try turning off hardware acceleration as described here: https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtwebengine-debugging.html
