Mouse wheel scrolling needs two steps?
I have this bizarre problem where I need to move my mouse wheel two "steps" to move one page forward. It's driving me nuts! I have no idea how that got activated, or maybe if it was always there.
I'd appreciate it if someone told me how to make this behave normally.

I thought so too, but I don't see a steps setting anywhere in this screen:
