Import, duplicate detection, automation - very large library

I have a very large library (~180k titles) on an older server, and am working to migrate it to a newer server. I want to clean up my library in the process, and eliminate duplicates.

When I use the auto-add feature (watched folder), I get the "duplicates found" popup, and have to click through it. Is there a way to set Calibre to always "select none" and continue automatically?

If I can automate this step, then I can script the rest of the move (and eliminate my duplicates at the same time).

I seem to recall (it's been a while) that there is a setting in Preferences for automatic checking of duplicates.
I know there's one for "automatic adding" (where you stick the books in a directory and Calibre "slurps" them up). I use the "automatic adding" for this kind of thing - I add a portion of titles, and they're in manageable quantities for a rudimentary (for me) check, before I add the next lot.

Try unchecking Preferences->Adding books->Automatic adding->Check for duplicates when automatically adding files.

When I needed to do something similar a few years ago I ended up using the Copy to library feature and the settings in Adding actions.
