Paperwhite freezing
I got a Paperwhite for Christmas.
Every day, the first time I use it, the touch screen does not respond to my stylus. I then "restart" it, and everything is fine for the rest of the day. It's a pain the neck, and a waste of five minutes every day, but the situation is not like the thing never works. Is this a common problem? Do you think I should exchange it for another? Thanks! |

The Oasis-es have a longer than normal wait until "swipe here" is actually active. I think they have some deeper sleep cycle or something. Might you be seeing something like that?
