hello,
as forced smart working keeps going, i discovered my nova 2 as a note taking device during remote meetings.
I have a question.
While drawing, the erase feature is erasing all the last continuous freehand sign, say you drawed a line, you can't just adjust just the end of it.
Is there a way to make it work like a normal physical eraser ?

An eraser has a certain thickness in which it erases - how should this be determined for the pen?
This would of course be possible if it could be set like the stroke width, but this would require a change in the software.

@underscore Long press on the eraser icon results in a menu*. Mobile Eraser is what you want. See attached screenshot. (The note taking feature also works as a child pacifier, while having online meetings. )

@ottischwenk The dot thickness of the mobile eraser handles the stroke with of the eraser. So already implemented in the software, albeit somewhat coarse.

A limited area eraser would be a nice extra tool on the bar.
Imagine you draw a straight line sketching.
Then you want to erase last cm.
If you touch it with the erase widget, all the line will be erased
It can be as simple as the ability to change the pen color from black to white.

Maybe it's a race condition and you didn't see @Markismus's answer, but it is the one you wanted. I just tried it. Using the mobile eraser you can do exactly what you described in your experiment.
