Rules Editor: Matching something in identifiers column

While making a rule to show column icon for an ISBN regex, I notice that in the basic rules editor, identifiers only two options, "has id" and "does not have id."

Fortunately I was able to work off the custom #isbn column, but is there a reason for lack of more options here?

Yeah to do more than that one would need two fields to match the key and value, which is too much work considering all the other rules require a single field.
